Competitive Artistic Gymnastics

Entry into our Competitive Teams (CT) is by selection only. Our coaches continually assess gymnasts within our programs to identify those who demonstrate the skills, commitment, and attitude suited for progression into our Competitive Team pathway. The CT program follows the Australian Levels Program, allowing gymnasts to compete from Level 1 through to Level 10. Participation in competitions designated by the Program Team Lead is a core expectation for all CT gymnasts. Training focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, and body control appropriate to each gymnast’s age and level, with regular stretching and conditioning incorporated into every session to support safe skill progression and performance.
